These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this site and represent an agreement between you and COMPANY, dated as at the commencement of your membership, your first access to COMPANY websites, or your first purchase of services provided by COMPANY. By accessing this site, you are indicating your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and other applicable law. These Terms may be subject to change at the sole discretion of COMPANY without prior notice to you. Please consult these terms regularly.

Company Terms

The websites owned by COMPANY, including but not limited to, www.joshvroberts.com, their associated email addresses and their associated social media pages, and any COMPANY online membership platform (collectively referred to as the COMPANY websites), contains information written by a variety of sources. The material is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for professional advice or treatment. Always consult a professional therapy provider before beginning any new therapy regime.

The resources delivered by COMPANY, including any events, online programs, workshops, masterclasses, podcasts, live or recorded Q&As, videos, MP3s, case studies and all other supporting and/or supplemental educational material, including video, voice and sound recordings, images, graphs, workbooks and any other product (collectively referred to as “the Services”) have not been evaluated by any administrative body. The Services are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any problem or ailment and cannot be considered a substitute for professional care by a qualified professional.

COMPANY assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the COMPANY from your computer or device.

Although under no obligation to do so, COMPANY reserves the right to monitor the use of this site and the Services to determine compliance with these Terms, as well as the right to remove or refuse any information for any reason.

COMPANY does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, COMPANY is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site.

However, COMPANY reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be:

Online Programs

Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a link to access the COMPANY programs area where you can log in to your online program or membership.

When you are purchasing from this site you agree to be billed either as a one-off transaction, a periodic payment plan for a predetermined length of time, or a recurring subscription, depending on what and how you have purchased.

Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the program, unless we consider you have breached these Terms and your access is removed.

COMPANY reserves its right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any content, tool or feature.

Refunds

All transactions are considered to be final, and outside of the cooling off period required by law in Hong Kong, no refunds are to be issued. COMPANY reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion, to review refund requests on a case by case basis, but is under no obligation to offer any refunds in any circumstances.

By completing any purchase on any COMPANY websites or through the Stripe account associated with the COMPANY, you hereby acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
