General conditions of sale (Love Beyond Fear Limited)

Article 1: Scope of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Love Beyond Fear Limited (COMPANY) network, including but not limited to joshvroberts.com. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with the company Love Beyond Fear Limited an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by direct bank transfer (if available).

Article 1: Good Will

All dealings of COMPANY, including but not limited to with customers, prospects, suppliers or other entities or persons that COMPANY may have dealings with, will be dictated as much as is possible by good will, and will have the equitable outcome of all involved in mind.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to the COMPANY implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

The prices are indicated in U.S. Dollars. The price of items can be changed by COMPANY at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. You can pay by credit card. Cards must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the company Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Refunds

COMPANY does not offer refunds of any kind. All sales are final and consitute an order, pursuant to Article 2. However, pursuant to Article 1, refund requests may be submitted and will be reviewed on a case by case basis, the final outcome of such being at the sole discretion of COMPANY.

Delivery is made according the the offer you have purchased, in most cases being digitally, either through access to online courses, live online calls, or other digital materials.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. We will never share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data. Article 7: Refund Policy

All transactions are considered to be final, and outside of the cooling off period required by law in Hong Kong, no refunds are to be issued. COMPANY reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion, to review refund requests on a case by case basis, but is under no obligation to offer any refunds or exchanges, under any circumstance.
